Mr A should have a discussion with the hr/ ceo with the employment letter for proper explanation of change on agreement.if he feels to sit at home looking for another job he should resign rather than stay at the job looking for another job

1. Sometimes this hybrid and onsite blend changes at the discretion of company, that some persons should understand, even if it was earlier agreed. 2. Then, he shouldn't agree to the changes in resumption and closing time, cos an hour has just been added. Fine there are instances work could get beyond the contractual 5pm, but not this unjust grip. 3. For the pay, he should personally write to the CEO to know why the deduction, cos it could be a recurring thing. 4.
