Good morning all and happy new month: I wan us to discuss this

You see we live in a lawlessness country we’re employers do anything and get away with it simple because we don’t have a good employees governing body

Let’s advise This person:
During Mr A interview he was told over and over that his work mode is a hybrid one, two day in the office and 3 days work from home, when he was employed contract agreement reads the same and also resumption time of 9-5pm.
Now during pay day he was under paid and when he brought it up to HR he was told the mistake was from the CEO who made the payment and nothing the Hr did to resolve the issue and so Mr A let it go to avoid starting in a bad note
2. He was again told by the that his resumption time wasn’t supposed to be 9-5 but 8:30am-5:30pm stating that it was a HR error (this was against the contract signed).
3. ⁠now Mr A got Another email changing his work mode again from 2 days in the office to 3 days in the office again against the contract signed.

Kindly advise Mr A if:
1. Reply the email to show he knows his right with all above mentioned stating why they are not all in the contract signed (this may likely result to something else which we all know)
2. ⁠accept the changes because he is scared of losing his job and also causing issues.


Kindly advise Mr A on what to do.

Mr A should have a discussion with the hr/ ceo with the employment letter for proper explanation of change on agreement.if he feels to sit at home looking for another job he should resign rather than stay at the job looking for another job

1. Sometimes this hybrid and onsite blend changes at the discretion of company, that some persons should understand, even if it was earlier agreed.
2. Then, he shouldn't agree to the changes in resumption and closing time, cos an hour has just been added. Fine there are instances work could get beyond the contractual 5pm, but not this unjust grip.
3. For the pay, he should personally write to the CEO to know why the deduction, cos it could be a recurring thing.
4. Lastly, he should already be feeling dissatisfied on that job, and start scouting for another one.
