Go into digital real estate ie. domain buying and selling. It's one of the highly paying businesses that many people look down on.

Why I love this business so much is that:

1. It has extremely high ROI. You can easily buy a domain name at $20 and sell it at $700, and sometimes much higher depending.
2. It has very low learning curve compared to other fields like crypto, stock and physical real estate.
3. If you learn it well, it sells very fast. Up to 100,000 new domains are ed daily because millions of new brands are looking for the domain names to project their businesses rightly.
4. It has no season.
5. Maybe more that I can't think about now.

Please, whichever one you decide to choose, my advice is that you should invest much in acquiring the awareness first. Again, ensure you do a good background check before you part with any amount because as you've gone public, you have exposed yourself to all kinds of people with various intentions.

Just be wise. Money may look big but it doesn't take much to finish. Just a little mistake can see you tottering. That's all I can say for now. Goodluck.

Travel to the outskirt of your city, buy some acres of land, clear the bush... errect an estate gate then, proceed to hire marketers who will market the plots of land as an estate with promising amenities with an option for buyers to spread the payment over a period of 6 to 12 months!!!

come down to Anambra and buy plots of land near the newly built Airport in Umeri, the area is massively developing and prices of land there appreciates like mad. If you sell the plots by December, you definitely going to make triple profits

For the importation, you can gain 5 million if you trade with 1 million, within a week or 2.
What matters in importation that can make your expenses high is transportation but their are some goods that are very light but very expensive. There is a good a got lately but because of money, that’s why I didn’t buy it.
This goods is something every Nigerian have or let me say should have at home. This goods is 30 naira in China but 100 naira here, this goods is less than 5gram so you will know how heavy it is.
I suppose to be doing the business but Moq of the goods is what’s affecting me, you must buy at least 100k pieces of the goods, 100k pieces of it is 1.2 million. Sell each at 100 naira per one, that is 10million. 1cbm which is 1000l is around 700k, let say 1 million, and 100k pieces of it is not up to 1 cbm.
You will gain around 8 million 2 months for sea and if you use air, you will gain around 4m in 2 weeks or less.
