Playing an AM that cannot shield ball is a receipe for defeats. Unlike the general consensus here that an AM cannot work in modern game,i am of a different opinion. It can work provided he can shield his ball and a press resistance. The kind of AM we have in Chelsea in football at large is why people think it cannot work. If i have a peak iniesta,Deco,Hazard,Modric,santi Carzola,isco i will play them as AM and i will be getting results. For Chelsea let's go back to our basis. 4-4-2. We should stop trying to be sleek.

Last season's effect on my blood pressure still hasn't normalized. I wish I could stick to my decision not to watch this team live again, but it's not that easy.

He can resist the press of a single marker, not when they double team him but our own can't even resist the press of one player,talkmore of when they are been double team them. Besides,Bruno's IQ on the ball is far greater than anyone of our players. If i have Bruno,in my team,i will select the matches to play him as an AM.

Poch sucks,the lack of definite position among the players on the pitch made me hated him. Had he defined that,maybe he would still have been having my till now. I have no regret that Chelsea sacked him not even with the failure of Maresca will make me think otherwise.

All these avg and below avg coaches using "I have worked with Pep" to get jobs at big teams are doing terrible job- clubs should rather hire from within instead of going for Pep wannabes that are making them worse performance wise. Some of them are training cones setup specialists or dev team calibre at best.
I warned you guys about this fraud of a manager but you guys didn't listen especially lordfalcao who called me Poch apologist- me that have been against Poch since he was linked with us. Maresca rode on Poch work towards end of season and players willingness to impress the new gaffer, his pattern was not discernable and his personnel selection were poor he didnt maximize the squad at his disposal, and his game management is atrocious

It's the same every year. Enzo causes a problem, Enzo problem is solved (last year was solved by Gallagher, this year by Lavia), we go on winning run. Enzo comes back in the team, we collapse.

Avoid Pep wannabes should be the first rule of hiring a manager now. They simply can't adapt when conditions are less than ideal, just like their mentor.
