Gov. Aregbeshola met same issue when he took over Osun state he never boot the chairman out, he allowed them to finish their tenure and then conduct a fresh election.

Aren't you aware about APC failed appeal against APP judgement.

Aren't you aware that the same High Court affirm.its earlier Judgement on APP case

January 15 2025, APC appeal was dismissed for failure to file in their brief of arguments on the APP court judgement nullifying the election.

This is totally different from PDP case.

APC are only now trying to re-enlist the Appeal, which the Appeal court is yet to attend to.

So at it Stand the APP high court judgement still stands
