CVs were collected since last year. They just concluded the interviews yesterday. But mostly those invited are those with s in the Villa. Atleast DPR of those days did open recruitment like NNPC. Seems like those days are gone

I understand that. But you basically said in your first year you receive 270, then after confirmation you receive 190. Which makes no sense to me, because I've never heard of any place where you start to earn less after you've been confirmed.
