Hello guys, I am in a serious issue and I'm looking for advice... I can't even believe this is happening!

I recently borrowed someone some money and also kept some money with them, it's into the million (#) and because we have an issue now, she blocked me everywhere and has refused to pay the money back, she's itting she knows she owes the money but not talking about a payback, I know she has the money with her but doesn't wanna pay cuz she knows I'm not in the country and trying to use that to get back at me.

I hate deceit, especially coming from someone you supposedly trust, I want to collect this money back by all means but unfortunately, I'm not in Naija and I can't go at the moment, probably won't be going until later in the year. It would be easier for me if I were in Naija cuz I could easily track her down and collect it. Right now, she thinks there's no way to find her, that's why she's doing this. Also, this person used me as a guarantor for their job, she handles a lot of money for the company and this gave me a reality check that, if this person could show this attitude with my own money then I'm not safe as a guarantor either, but there is a clause, she forged my signature and I never filled/signed the guarantor form, she did it all by herself, the only thing I did was provide my company documents and personal documents, which she would have probably had access to somehow anyways.

She thinks the worst I could do is call her out on social media, but I don't even want to do that. What options do I have to recover this money back? If possible without going to Naija. Also, I have proof of lending her the money and keeping the rest with her. Thanks

You're his wife. Even at that, there are limits (depending on the character of the individual).

A more traditional approach to raising a family should suit them better. It's also a strong factor in many relatively successful ethnic communities

I will come back to the importance of college education as a success factor and how tricky it may be for both first gen and second gen immigrants, especially getting one that guarantees middle class income in Canada.

This is supposed to be the last line of action before I involve the parents tomorrow and so on. I sent in a WP application which was refused and told her I've been asked to leave, after backs and forth, it worked. She sent the money!!! Thank you

Most likely, as you can see, she had the money on standby but wants to get at me, it took pretending that my life in Canada is on the line to appeal to her, she's bossy, got lots of ego, and this causes a lot of issues/arguments in the relationship. When I decide to keep quiet to avoid heated arguments, she says I'm giving her silent treatment. I won't lie, I have my faults too, lots of them, sometimes I even overreact but still, a woman who loves you deeply and see a future with you won't block you over a resolvable matter. I'd rather experience a failed relationship than a broken marriage, cuz I fit run mad for that broken marriage own.

It's sad that a person who lied to claim asylum is here calling others people business a scam. You forget that your actions and life are also centered around fraud and scams especially as regard ur fake asylum application documentations. It's shameful that you're attacking students facing challenges on the street while you are one of the people abusing visas and making things difficult for others!

the owner in the kitchen is likely Nigerian. Went to a Nigerian restaurant in Mississauga and the attendants were Indians. I assumed they must have lived in Nigeria at some point. Only for the owner to come pick something outside.

Even if, Indians are selling oyinbo and Mexican food and we dey chop am.

Nigerian restaurants many times are hit and miss. He fit sweet today, tomorrow trash 😂.

I recently relocated to Calgary and am searching for a good school for my children. Based on , I’ve heard that public schools may not be the best fit for my family, so I decided to explore Catholic schools instead.

I applied through the Calgary Catholic School Board and selected a school within my district. However, I received a call from the principal informing me that my son would not be accepted because we are not Catholic. This was quite disappointing, especially since private school tuition is quite expensive.

It seems that Catholic schools require a baptism certificate for either my children or myself. Has anyone navigated a similar situation? What options are available for non-Catholic families seeking ission?

I currently attend a Pentecostal church but am considering ing the Catholic Church, though I understand the process takes time. I also learned that for a child’s baptism, the parents must have godparents and be baptized in the Catholic faith.
