You might have to go take professional port photograph

I did mine there and it went through once. The woman charge 3k for the port, and told me they knew how to do it that it will accept it. Lo and behold, it didn’t even take 3mins of edit.

Differs but you can get it in a month.

And it worked to resize port photo to the required specification...🤗
