11th is just a few days ago. My own PostNL items has been like that since the 4th of Feb while some BR...MG items has been clearing since Jan 26th.

I guess parcels have pilled up with customs, hence the delay! And to clear the backlog of older pachages with them, they have to employ the LIFO method. I know this because I've got a parcel which arrived on the 13th and got cleared today (just 3 days).

So, you've got to calm down!

Since when? Holiday wei don end since the 5th? Even if they are, why should it affect the clearance of items already in the country? The delay is nothing but a common phenomenon with NCS. Just get use to it!

Mine has been in customs clearance since the 27th of January.

The Temu order will be delivered this week but I'm fairly confident that what I ordered is what I'll get.
