Prepaid meter is on and my circuit breaker supplies light and I have units in my meter yet no electricity is supplied to my house, and all these happened after nepa brought light my bulb flashed and went off immediately and that was it yet there is light in my entire apartment building, just no light in my house.
Please how can I resolve this?

Call an electrician.

I'm suspecting that your circuit breaker tripped due to high voltage.

Unless you know how to return it back to its original position

Thanks a lot, I solved it by toggling my circuit breaker tho the switch is very stiff but the light came on.
