You are the wicked one here cos you couldn't reason at all cos your sense is dry. 100k for each student in government school. Majority of the private schools are not even collecting up to 40k per term. How much will a parent take as salary to be able to bear paying 100k per term which is 300k per year on a single child. I think we have government so that life can be more bearable for the masses. But the same sanwoolu and his cabinet will be able to afford paying exorbitant fee on their kids in university abroad. You are such an insensitive and calous person. I pray God almighty pay u back in jesus name unless if these people are doing the right thing

Private schools that are not up to 40k ke? Where? Certainly not in Lagos or a very substandard school. Can you use 30k to feed your child for 3 months? How do you now expect th government to feed your kids and tens of thousands of kids all over the state for that paltry amount?

Tell your aunt or uncle to keep their child or ward at home for three months and send him to school with N30, 000 feeding them morning, afternoon and night.

For every scenario or situation, there is an option or alternative. Why cry over something that has an alternative.?

I am not here to resurrect a dead discourse with you.

northern cyprus in recognized only by turkey so is nonsense sending your students there
Turkish universities will award them their certificates on completion which is recognised internationally. It's like ABU having outreach centres in Lagos for MBA

Fu*k APC and PDP and all of them all.
So I am speaking pragmatically when I say I am truly surprised some people see this as some sort of achievement. This like a thinking with ones anus and I am sure it is simply a means to siphon public funds.

Of all the countries you could send people to get medical training, you choose North Cyprus.

Nigeria University churn out Medical Students yearly that are well sort after in well developed countries, why not send them their? Simple, they might not even be qualified to meet the enrollment requirement.

This all just crazy and any reasonable person who isn't blinded by one loyalty to one lame party of leader will see that this is a mirage and an idea breed from leaders thinking through their anus.

Please how is it not clueless to send students out to be medical doctors for a state that doesn’t have free basic education for all children?

What wise parents educate one child to expensive schools but fail to educate all other children

What % of children are in free primary, vocational and secondary schools in Jigawa state?

What % of children in the state are out of school?

How much of the above is reflected in the 44 cutoff point for unity schools ission for Jigawa state, unlike Anambra that has the highest cut-off of 139 marks; Imo 138; Enugu 134, Lagos 133; Delta 131, Ogun 131, Abia 130 and Edo. 130.

And UNN or OAU told you they have the slot to accommodate those numbers? Do you even know their Medical School Quota? What happened to their Indigenes that will enroll that year? They wear cap before you type abeg cool

I can tell you are an aboki from your reply.

So the best option in your mind is getting a medical degree in a pseudo-country. If you need employment, where would you tell your employer you got the degree from? lool

That's my problem with you people in the south, you have very little info on the lifestyle and politics in the north beside what made way to national politics.

For your information, education is free for Jigawa ‏ indigenes from primary level to PhD. Now go do your research.

How did I even know? Despite being educated and probably having gone to school, you're still on Nairaland stirring up drama. Go and find something serious to do, bro, instead of proving your stereotype. The stipends APC is sharing to you and yours isn't life
