BoldBrainz:Lol na ancient price be that... About 3/4 years back a bag of Cana used to go for 1.4/1.350 M I know for a fact. And that bag was compressed just slightly bigger than that one brick. There. Except Ur not taking about Cana sha. |

dkidd: Same cana I'm talking about. That's the Abakaliki and Cross River price I mentioned, as recently confirmed. With a 300K, I go give you connect for sound brick purchase. But a retailer who breaks it into sachels can make between 600 to 700K from that brick, depending again on the precise location of retail distribution. It's significantly higher in Abuja and Kaduna. Though I'm not sure of the precise current amount. |

If his commander is nice, he will be demoted anf posted to NE, but if the commander is wicked, he will be dismissed from service and handed over to NDLEA

crossbreedwears:His offense is a federal offense so the police had him first before the military. If the military were the one that fit him, they could court marshall him and dismiss him and hand him over to civilian authorities. When the police catch a military personnel committing any state or federal crime, he will be prosecuted accordingly. There's no special privilege there |

I completely disagree with. Before police can proceed on a military personnel issues then he has to be dismissed from the service then handed over to the civil authorities. I am telling you from experience

I am not longer active in service and i can tell you what will happen. Don't be surprised he will be sent back to his unit. Let gist you a story of a course mate of mine who police caught him with pistol at midnight, but his unit had released him to civil school. The police took him to his unit and explained the whole story. The commander dismissed him immediately and gave the police all sorts of papers before they could proceed with him.

BadBradley: 1:24am On Jan 18 |
crossbreedwears:completely false. It depends on the crime and on what capacity the crime was commited. For offenses against the state and in a personal capacity when a military man is not on duty, hr will be prosecuted and arrested by the police. If he is on active duty and commits a crime in the course of his duty, the military will take over , the police is superior as far as law enforcement is concerned and their jurisdiction covers everybody from government officials to the military except sitting presidents and governors as per sec. 308 of the 1999 constitution 2 Likes |

Bro, i just called a course mate of mine who is a Major in the Military police. He said the Soldier will be sent to his unit then he will be court martial which might be a dismissal offense or demotion depending on the commander. If he get dismissed then he will be handded over to NDLEA which will carry on with his case. If you chose to disagree then no problem

crossbreedwears: ![]() You're asking a soldier who will go and arrest a Taylor that delayed his girlfriend's clothes? Or a Nigerian army who will detain you in the barracks for traffic offense! I'm surprised in Nigeria, many people believe the army isn't answerable to the police when they commit crimes against the state. Wrong. Ask a lawyer. |
BadBradley: 10:51am On Jan 18 |
crossbreedwears:let's say a soldier rapes a girl or brutally assaults a person in a residential apartment where they live. The case will be reported to the police and the army is expected to corporate by asking the soldier to report himself to the police or produce the soldier to the police for investigation. It is not for the army to tell the police that they will investigate. Nope. We're not under military rule anymore but the psyche remains |
crossbreedwears(m): 10:54am On Jan 18 |
Your point is not valid. You can ask a military personnel officer for more enlighten. We have dealt with cases in the past and off recent. I know what i am saying
BadBradley: |
crossbreedwears(m): 10:55am On Jan 18 |
Okay. I won't argue with you

BadBradley: 3:04pm On Jan 18 |
crossbreedwears: It is position people like you hold , that is why army do not respect traffic laws and regulations in this country because they feel it is subjective to their commanders why are you not asking a lawyer? It's funny you're asking a military man who's ignorant, arrogant and holds disdain against police superiority in law enforcement. No army man will it to you a civilian, that a policeman can arrest him. Go and ask your lawyer and come back |
