I travel on Lagos-Benin-Asaba road during this last holiday, some portions of the road network were bad, they damage vehicles and makes journey nightmares. Constructing new roads doesn't mean the existing roads should be abandoned. If they don't have enough monet to do both new and old roads concurrently, then they should focus on maintaining existing roads and leave construction of new for future.
