People tend to forget that government officials were first humans with privacy rights before government officials. If I am minding my business and you start filming me without my consent, na beta slap I go give you!

Public officials in Nigeria and threats to jobs of surbordinates. Smh

2ndly, poor organization strategy by the so called security personnel on ground. Everything always ends up in a bunching setup. The uniform is just for decoration. What they train them is secondary to the status of the highest public officials within that perimeter. Smh. Do better abeg

Don't be sttupid. A public officer in a public space has no reason to complain about being photographed or videoed.
And at all events, if they dont like it, violence is certainly no recourse.

This is another proof that we are the politicians we claim to hate.

Someone who's an aspiring politician is envisioning the possibility of slapping someone of a lower class in the future.

God bless you
The average Nigerian is wicked.

Yesterday they condemn the teacher slapping the boy, just hours later they are ing the politician against a defenceless citizen who used his phone.

Very stupid nigerians

We abuse privileges so much in this country. While I don’t know the details of what transpired, what’s the need for all the “I’ll call your commandant in Abuja”?

Something that can be settled amicably within the confines of that hall, without any external intervention, the Commissioner is flexing muscles by threatening to call the Commandant-General of NSCDC as if the CG doesn’t have more pressing matters to attend to.

That’s how Rufai Oseni threatened to call Gov. Sanwo on phone after he was busted for taking “one-way”.

We too like to dey show ourselves levels for this country.
Which means she slapped a personnel?!

Imagine if they open fire on her, they will say he reacted too harsh.

Imagine that

One day we would get it right, verbal altercation is no premise for battery. You asked him to leave the premises then call the police, simple. They’re the only ones vested with the power to batter or assault within limits.

What are our lawyers doing?

Even Macron that was slapped, Bush that got a shoe tossed at him never slapped the attacker.

Hypocrites will rebuke teachers for beating kids but praise an authority figure for slapping an adult.

There is a code of conduct/temperament expected from a public officer especially in a democracy and if we can’t practice democracy and be civil about it we should revert to monarchy.

Eye witness report,

Forensic- people’s DNA can last 7 days on another’s skin,

If he wanted to press charges it could be proven convincingly… moreover she accosted him which is an affront on his right to personal space. I’m not a lawyer but these are basic rights.

More reason a woman shouldn't be allowed be president or gov in this part of the world

This commissioner looks like a pig with a handbag and sunglasses.

Who knows her from anywhere? Dressed like a masquerade and showing she's superior. Superior to who? Ordinary commissioner o.

Because Sanwo dey pay your salary, that's why you should be asking who pays someone else's salary?

Drop your pride abeg, you're nobody yet.

Qudus thinks he is still in his dance company. Very childish he evidently hasn't taken a proper job before. How does he not know a Commisioner for Tourisn is indirectly his boss? You went to start a canteen in a govt owned building without permission, how does that even make sense?
