Any luck getting an apartment yet? Looking to get one before arrival but no luck getting a viewing as most options are usually taken in a matter of days. Vianey23: |

Mindlog:Pardon my ignorance, does it mean immigrants who are sponsored by care agencies can ONLY work in that industry for the next five years without being able to change their visa status to another industry even if they have employers willing to sponsor it? Also, can't they find jobs in an entirely different industry without being tied to an employer in the care industry? To illustrate this, a standard work visa (for those with a minimum of a bachelor's degree) in Japan can be used to work in any industry of choice without being tied to a particular employer. |

seniorOlu: Airpeace is 1.4m 23rd January. And is Direct. Instead of the 1.3m with stopover why not just go for Airpeace. 1 Like |

xzeal10: My Wife went there on the 25th. Gatwick Airport. She used Airpeace. What they asked was the name of her school, course she's studying, where the school is located and how is she funding her study too. Then where she intend staying too. 2 Likes |

Vianey23: Your CAS is at risk of being withdrawn if you don't respond to the emails. Did your school give you a CAS SHIELD where you can update your profile? |

Richie003: Standard application is an average of 15 working days. Not everyoneās application might take 3-5 days. But donāt worry and pray you donāt get any NSF mail from now till your 15th day and it would be out within that period. |

Hi guys with experience on UKVi requirements. I was asked to provide additional information on What I have been doing since I finished NYSC in 2014. I'm applying for a study visa for an MPH masters. Between 2014-2016, I got an MBA from University of Ilorin. Worked for 2yrs with an Engineering firm as facility manager between 2016-2018 and from 2018-2023 as a Biochemist with a research Laboratory. From. 2023-2025, I have been into E-commerce business. Questions. If I tell them I have had a masters in Nigeria, will that not cause denial? Also, how can structure this to help me get the visa approval? I need all s I can get. Thanks. |

EcomGuy: From my experience, having a masters should not stop you from getting the visa. Iām going for a second masters in the uk , although I declared mine to the school but doesnāt matter now. You need to prove to them that it is an academic progression. You can provide a personal statement letting them know how the previous masters and this new masters will help your future career. Just make sure you link them together . Tips. 1) You can use modules from both the old and new course. (Iink it to how it can help your new course ) 2) personal career aspiration. 3)Let them know your short / long term goals. 2 Likes |

Gerrard59: They absolutely can if they get another employer willing to sponsor them. I know someone who went from a Healthcare assistant to a job in the civil service. A close friend and popular here too. It is very very possible. |

Sadly, not enough information to be able to explain to you. However, perhaps you could just search online and you might understand better. Best of luck!!! luvlyoracle: |
