ALWAYS PAY YOUR DEBTS! Don't expect pity when you do the wrong thing. You weren't dodging when you were looking to boŕrow money. That said- Banks and courts are organisations fuelled by profit (not empathy or justice) so... they don't care if your property is 1 billion , so far they get a willing buyer or crony that will purchase it above the amount owed, they will move. ALWAYS PAY YOUR DEBTS. 16 Likes 2 Shares |

Where is the injustice in that. Pay what you borrow you no pay. Come to court you no come. They spend money paste court summon notices several times on your house gate for you to appear in every sitting, but you reply that you have travelled. Yet when they auction your house of N20m to N2m, the money surface quickly. It’s good that the creditor rejected the N300k. Infact the creditor should have replied he has travelled too when he want to return the money borrowed. This are one of the reasons why some people borrow from loan sharks because they know they won’t be dragged to court if they refuse to pay back and their loss will be minimal. I just feel for his 9 children 20 Likes 4 Shares |

Is that even justice in the realest sense of things? No, let's be realistic and reasonable, the fact a group of people sat down to write a law that could be interpreted to this kinda judgment doesn't mean it's justice. It would be justice if this victim was there when they were making this kinda law with knowledge he'd be affected like this and he agreed to it. Meanwhile, this new year if you care to make some dollar cash as a side hustle. Check my siggy, profile, and learn about ST, Cbex. It's about the only thing I can guarantee helps people get daily 10k+ lately DarkJeddi:But that punishment is the best to you, right? |

AntiChristian: If only your type would read and make out your own views from issues, mallams and imams wouldn't have been confusing you to bomb yourself in the name of 72 virgins. You refuse to read and discover that the court posted a summon not once, or twice, but a number of times and he refused to appear in court with the excuse that "he travelled outside the state." You refuse common sense just for emotional instability. The versy same way you go about the Israeli gaza issue. na one imam go just tell you: Na dis one you go hate. Piaaam! you don start to dey hate am. 10 Likes 4 Shares |

Sounds like a case of too little too late. He probably did not get the summons and the court entered judgement against him. Again probably he got the summon and treated it with levity. 4 Likes 1 Share |

According to him, he failed to appear in the court during sittings despite several summon notices pasted on his house gate ‘because he travelled out of the state’, but the court sold his house at the sum and threw him, his wife and nine children out. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Judicial bandits. The judge and his accomplices bought the house at a ridiculous price.

The house was sold on the 4th and you brought the 300k on the 6th,so since all the time they have been asking you to pay up till you get to court you couldn't get the money but after the house was auctioned you got it.only debtors will sympathise with this man
Godswillu:he was out of the country but his wife and children were there and they have not informed him about court notices?.we Nigerians can rubbish,so when the house was auctioned he reappeared in the country...don't say this kind of nonsense again abeg 14 Likes 3 Shares |

This is what I call using the law as a weapon rather than a guide. The court is supposed to protect the oppressed but in Nigeria the opposite is the case. For examples some one was sentence to death for stealing chicken and another is moving around freely for stealing billion. infact if anybody quotes me and say something that is not nice and I discovered I am richer than you. I will send the police after you. but if you are richer than me then I will let it slide. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
