I made my biometrics on the 16Dec2024 at VFS lagos and on the same day VFS told me that my application will now be sent to UKVI . I did not get a mail from UKVI to confirm receipt of my application . Please is this normal . Am i suppose to get a mail form UKVI , someone please advice .

No you won't get any email from UKVI until a decision is made. But hopefully this week, you should get a decision from them. You don't need to email UKVI.

Kindly go for schools that offers Mres (Master of Research). Gloucestershire isn't bad. But is a 2 years programme. Which means you'd need 2 years IHS for you and your wife. That's about 4k pounds.
And in Gloucestershire, accomodation isn't cheap.
Look at Preston University. But ensure is an Mres course.

After receiving a " your application is being worked on and a decision will be made as soon as possible" after escalation, I was hit with this email this afternoon.
At this point, I am confused as to what to do seeing as my last day for registration is 14th of January.
Also it doesn't say anything about my application not being NSF, but is this still a NSF mail? Just so confused.
Please any advice?

You can get a bus to Ojodu Berger bus stop. Then book an indrive or bolt to Ile-Oja Opebi
