The price is probably for Kaduna alone.

What is the price in other states after the Garri is transported to those states?

It will definitely change due to middle man and transportation factors. But the major factor is the middle man.

Do u know how much it cost to travel from north to south? Not to talk of transporting ur self to market n buying garri from the north sleep on d road not minding the bandits and thieves.

If u think its easy to run this kind market maybe u should enter

So can we plant our cassava and process garri in our own region rather than relying on other regions for production 🤔

I think Tinubu need to regionalize this our country on time to we can get back to farm at will

Not the major factor, have you been to the North, garri processing is quite different over there, garri in the South is edible, looked cooked, what I saw in the North is like a white powder, very different.

Ijebu garri remains the best garri in Africa.

Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Abia garri is like wood saw dust.

Very bitter to sip

That is impossible because:
1. North does not. have and do not plant as much cassava as the south.

2. The north does not have the variety of processed Garri eg delta red Garri, Ijebu Garri etc as the south

3. What profit will a business man make going up north to bring Garri down south?

Garri is same every where.

The producers of those garri are people from south or middle belt.

Hausa people hardly produce any garri.

Why do Southerners need garri transported all the way from the North.

I know why: laziness.

Cassava grows nearly everywhere in the South.

But with most youths in the South spending all their time fighting this and that on social media, is it any surprise they expect to be spoon-fed by hardworking northern farmers.

I hope the day will come when the North will refuse to bring certain foods down South anymore.

You can't produce food to feed yourself, yet you're the first people to denigrate Northerners as illiterate, this and that.

Smh.

You are right, Chief.

I just hate the fact that most Southerners are so laid back about Agriculture and Farming, especially the youths.
