I watched one influencer's review of the place on IG yesterday... It didn't look encouraging. Even as a paid influencer, she was still scoring stuff 7/10.
The food looked bland and ordinary. The burger was mid, the crockery, table arrangement and general ambience lacked lustre.
I think there is already an over proliferation of fine dining places on the island.
Business men with means should delve into manufacturing, agro production and processing. There is fat much money to be made from the 99% population than entering into an already overcrowded market to serve the 1%.

The reason why people don't like venturing into manufacturing in Nigeria is because it requires very close supervision and very goo internal controls, without it your factory will be making losses until you finally shut down

Some of the challenges of managing a factory
- Poor electricity supply
- Be ready to invest heavily in a power generating power plant otherwise your factory will be suffering costly downtimes
- Poor and dilapidated roads, you will be spending money every time to repair your trucks
- Some of your staff will be stealing part of your stock of raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished goods etc
- In some instances your security personnel will collude and steal diesel then sell it outside
- Some factory workers will not come to work but they will collude with their supervisors and still get paid even when you have clock-in machines in place

If you're not ready to devote time to it then forget about running a manufacturing business in Nigeria
