Fast charge is usually 45w and above and there are very few power banks that will do it they usually cost 100k and above

That’s a default setting based on your use. If you drop it to charge, it will continue fast charging until it gets to 100. If you charge and use, it will charge slowly.

15w is fast charging if the device is rated for it. If the OEM says 15w can fast charge their device, then why not?
