If the withdrawal was made from POS, forget about it... There's nothing that can be done.

Firstly deactivate the ATM....Then go to the bank although the bank is useless at this moment....the ATM might not have an accurate address that would give the bank issues.it happen to me wen #135,000 was deducted from my first bank .The bank will tell you come today come tomorrow.the best option is to deactivate the ATM ASAP !

Go to his bank, they can trace the but unfortunately they can't retrieve the money cos it isn't their fault

The Nearest ATM to baba house was used,trace the day and time and ask the atm person wey baba dey use(most likely the ones closest to his house) if any of babas people came on that particular date.

You should ask him who he gave his pin to, or who around him he has given his card and pin to help withdraw at any point in time.

Where is your location because the POS device is located there in the message, including the number (ID)

Your dad is elderly and I'm sure he must have given his ATM to someone to 'help' him or withdraw on his behalf. He could have even told someone his pin.
