Lookman will be stupid to do that. He has all the leverage right now so g a new contract will just be stupid at this point. He has just one year in his contract so it's easier to choose his next destination plus Atalanta is condemned to make a deal next summer or they lose him for free. The only way he signs a new contract with wage increase (which he'll only likely enjoy for 6 months so no point really) is if it has a buyout clause of less than €50M attached.
