Why? Because you did not read, or you did not understand or you refused to understand. The original post clearly states that there is only one approved exam center in Nigeria and that is in Lagos. Yet here you are asking if there are other centers... A clear indication that you did not read, or you did not understand, you cannot understand or you refused to understand. Whatever the case, I'd advise you fix it before attempting the examination.
