If they’re not fit for combat, they should be assigned to roles that suit their strengths, rather than being excluded altogether.

Exactly! It makes prices of imported stuff costlier than it should be cos when there's delay in goods getting to the sellers as a result of the blockade, those ones will hike their price.

It makes a whole lot of sense. Those guys are constantly on medication to maintain their trans state. In military if you're in need of constant medication to be normal, you're not to be deployed. That is why an asthmatic person who needs inhalers is deemed not fit to be deployed.
