As pu7pl3 said, it was disappointing. I don't know what to believe right now, cos Dr. Reveck said his Hextech ability was finite, even Sky was warning him about the continual usage of it, so it won't be off point to believe he dies.

Except if his consciousness becomes one with the rune machine, afterall it the machine that brought him back to life.

Sidenote: Only God knows how many years Jayce spent inside the wild rune, man came out looking like another thing.

You might be on to something there. Truth be say I no even really understand what the Arcane does to you in the first place. So he could be very dead or he could be reborn and resurrected thereby solidifying him as the real Hextech Jesus 🤭
