The Yorubas that we Nigerians know very well would have mounted multiple protests if 1/10th of the suffering going on today in Nigeria was under Peter Obi or Atiku or south south president.

This is not an opinion but based on facts. 2012 occupy Nigeria protests is a reminder of what they do when their own is not in power. Yet, many of them are wishing we can go back to the 2012 economy.

Yorubas, I like the way you have finally shown all Nigerians that you are collectively very capable of keeping silent in the face of horrible economy.

You better not go back to your old ways once a president from another tribe gets into power.
Please sharap, Loser u cannot even hide your jealousy.

Bunch of tribalistic nitwits! I've never seen a group of people so afflicted by tribalism like the yorubas.

Why we didnt notice it under obasanjo was that he was a moderately performing president so there was no avenue for complaint from the rest of the south. In addition, he was our preferred candidate... so he wasn't criticised the way Tinubu is today.
Kill yourself. We are tribalistuc

The people are unashamedly, intensely tribalistic!

Haven't you heard of "Ebin pawa", was it Ndigbo or Ndi North that coined the term?

The last two protests nationwide that Ndigbo refused to be part of, who was it that was appealing for protest license and actually protesting in ala Yoruba, was it Ndi North?

Bikonu rest, no one challenges their own in Nigeria as much as Ndi Yoruba, go and ask Awolowo.

My brother the thing dey give me goose bumps. Their level of tribalism is beyond my understanding. Even to their own detriment.

We will review the score card after tinubu leaves to see how their lives changed for their better.

I also hate that they vote bad leaders yet looking for visa to japa.

Na this japa dey pain me s na them japa ..had one stupid fellow who schooled in Ukraine and know how a good country should work came home and was actively campaigning for this govt few month ago this guy ran to Canada..

Last time I checked, noone banned the Igbo people from staging peaceful protest. Y'all were only restricted to your home States and region as you can't cross river Niger to South West and be fomenting trouble.

When Yorubas want to protest, our people stay in South West to do so..

When Hausas want to protest, they do so in their region in North.

It's only Igbos that will leave their home region to South West and be claiming constitutional rights to protest.. that nonsense can't work anymore.
Igbos should assemble in Awka or Enugu or Owerri to voice out displeasure with the situation of the country of keep quiet forever, you will never be allowed to destroy Lagos State a second time

We have been protesting since the 1950s, when are you too going to start your own protest? Aren’t you ashamed of yourselves?

We protested against Obasanjo / Yar’Adua’s government
We protested against Shagari / Ekwueme’s government
We protested against Buhari / Idiagbon’s government
We protested against IBB / Aikhomu’s government
We protested against Abacha / Diya’s government
We protested against Abdulsalami / Akhigbe’s government
We protested against Obasanjo / Atiku’s government
We protested against Yar’Adua / Goatluck’s government
We protested against Goatluck / Sambo’s government
We even protested against Buhari / Osinbajo’s government

When are you going to start your own protest?

Lol. Sad OP, Yorubas don't give a damn about envious bigots like you.

You cannot tell a whole ethnic group how to behave nor should you start ascribing your own personalised nefarious reason, borne of hatred for the ethnic group, to their action.

They dare not protest against their master.

We have employed superior tactics to always keep them away from any protest.

The tactics worked so well that they were the ones even announcing everywhere that they are not going to protest against the government of Bola Tinubu.

Who says madness does not have a cure?

Yoruba nah master I must confess at this point
