I have planted date palm in one of my property in lagos. I waiting for it to mature in 7 yrs time. Though plant is doing well, but I heard it doesn't do well in the south.

Sugar always would have negative health effects when taken regularly; especially if you the type that consumes lots of carbohydrates and processed foods.

Meanwhile, this DATEs even cost effective enough. Had it been stevia, would have said Okay mayBe it's cheaper BUT DATEs ain't cheap except you resides in Northern part of the country

I eat at least 10 fresh date on a daily base , it would make me feel thirsty but after just 2weeks, made my skin glow and nourished

Another is it's height. Hopefully it's at least 15-feets away from any structure. Have thought of planting one myself but after doing research, and speaking to hausa persons who knows it well, I doubt I have such space. Imagine make such tree come fall towards your structure, this one everything don cost
