I was giving that by a very good friend few years ago. Not really into it. Just okay with my chilli and all the herbs and aromatics as I cook virtually everything with it except naija soups. There are some dishes that the taste of honey will alter for me, I rather use whenever there is need.

Pounded yam with ofe onugbu. Forgot to get a new food processor cup so had to resort to the blender again. However, it was a bit too soft for my liking.

I don’t know my sister. I just call it what it says on the package. I know shrimp and crayfish are really similar so it’s easy for people to mislabel them. If not that prawns are typically larger, they for collect too😭

I watch Ghana popular food content creators and everytime they will say shrimp powder. Have asked myself why they don't use crayfish. Not knowing our crayfish is their shrimp powder and they use it to cook everything.
