Not the best time to apply for Canada visa,people should try US visa ,if US grant you make one trip and come back then apply for Canada that's 100 percent guaranteed

Good morning, No I did not fill any when doing mine, I think this is only filled if you are applying on behalf of someone else so they will need to see a consent form signed by that person. But since you are applying for yourself you do not need to fill one.

It's not ONLY about gathering the documents, do you have his kind of UK and Scheghen travel history? Most Nigerians don't usually travel to these countries and return so if you have, it's a trust advantage for your application.
