1) when do I start counting for ILR?

2) After our court wedding will he need to inform the government or I will be the one to do so?

3) Is there any application I’m expected to do after the marriage?

Another problem I have now is that my agency is even stressing they will stop me from picking shift soonest as my visa will be expiring by December. I plan on applying for my postgraduate visa two weeks to my visa expiration date🥹

Even my English boyfriend made some for me but they said to him that I need to secure a new visa before they can employ me.

I’m physically and mentally stress in this UK seriously.

Morning all, could someone please suggest a cure for eczema and itchy skin for a 3-year-old girl based on past experience, please?

She's had eczema since she was 1 year old, initially appearing only on both knees. We've been using Aveeno cream since then, but it got worse this year when it started appearing all over her body. We took her to the GP, and she prescribed a steroid. It clears it away temporarily, but it comes back even more after withdrawing the steroids.

She keeps waking up during the night due to itching and can sometimes take 1 to 2 hours before she falls back asleep. As a result of the scratching, we also can't sleep until she sleeps.

She's not always in a good mood during the day as she spends lots of time scratching all over her body.

She's been sent back home a couple of times from nursery due to that.

List of stuff we've used: Aveeno, Zerobase, Hydromol, Epimax, Dermol lotion for bathing, steroid cream, Piriton for itching (this makes her too sleepy).

The application fee is £1,258 and the IHS fees are £2587. You would need your marriage certificate and other documents, photos etc to substantiate your relationship. You would then be granted another 30 months leave and just before this leave expires you would be eligible to apply for ILR.

Note that the law requires you to give one month notice at the Registry before you can be wed.

Edited to add that you do not need to make the FLR M application right after your wedding. You can vary your leave at any point until your Post graduate visa expires. However your stay won't start counting to ILR until you switch to the FLRM 5 year route.

ILR is 10years of legal residency, or 5years on a qualifying visa, so if you apply for PSW visa you will start counting towards the 10 years (1year on student visa + 2 years on PSW) that will be 3years, you will need another visa at the end of the psw to qualify for ILR in 10years.
Alternatively, you can apply for spousal visa which is 5years to ILR or Skill worker visa which is also 5years to ILR and you can only start counting when you've gotten the visa.
