Between getting an easun inverter of 24v 5000w peak and 2500w continous power and getting a 24v 3kw hybrid inverter, which one is better?

My ogas av spoken but lemme add this, An hybrid wud take more s than ur charge controller can and directly power some or all of ur loads using the sun without touching ur battery thus saving it for when the sun is low or out. U also use lesser wires but then require extra devices for protection.
Standalone means aving different devices for inverter,ac and dc charging. Others in ur house might have issues running them if they aren't savvy like you

Yes they both can function at the same time provided their total output current does not exceed the battery's input current
