Yes it's possible

After roofing
Plumbing work comes first.. plumbing is done in two stages:first installation which involves pipe runnings.
Then electrical work
Then you can do the plastering followed by POP installation

If you do the flooring at this stage, won't it affect your laying of water pipes from the tank to the building or are you planning to mount the overhead tanks on top of the building?
How about soakaway and the drainage pipes that will into it?
Secure the granite well and leave it there; it won't spoil.

I think all these pipes will go through the wall and has nothing to do with the floor
