Always said if I get pregnant after ttcing for too long... I'd wear bandage silicon gown n walk up and down my street...enters shops and ask for wetin dem no dey sell...

My eye has finally turned 360 degree and seen my ear... Am tired.... Barely twenty four weeks gone and I can hardly walk... My mouth feels like am sucking rusted nails....

Every time my tummy hardens my heart beat increases cos am scared it's contractions... I have to stop what am doing to calm my sef down... Or my head feels like exploding....

December should come... Am exhausted...

This is my fourth journey, but truly no pregnant woman can say she has seen it all. The kind of sciatica that has held my leg ehn.

EDD is Jan 6th. Gender is unknown. I'm thinking of letting it be a surprise, since I have two boys and one girl already. My husband wants another boy but I want a girl.

Good morning beautiful mamas, I purposely logged off Nairaland for some time so I don’t get anxious about my EDD but here I am again, anxious as a butterfly. I had my 2nd baby last yr march through C/S and now my EDD is Oct 3rd. When I started anti natal, I asked my doctor if I will be allowed to try vaginal birth but she said no due to distance between last birth and current pregnancy, that was how I removed mind and started eating everything that hungry me o.

Fast forward to yesterday anti natal, doctor told me that since my pregnancy has been stress free, she wants to see if I can try vaginal birth but first I should go and check baby’s weight, I did scan and baby was weighing 3.2kg, this is just week 36/37, I always cross my EDD which led to the last C/S, if baby’s Weight is 3.2kg now, what will by baby be weighing by 42weeks?

If she had told me I will be allowed to try, I would have controlled my food, or even find ways to control weight gain, I really want to try and don’t know what to do now. I will be submitting the result to her in two weeks time, I am already scared of her response.

Pls is there any sure way to induce labor? Pineapple don’t work for me, pls somebody should help me o, I don’t have anyone to come take care of my this time, lost my mum last yr after birth. I want to try vaginal birth so I can recover fast since I my husband will be the only help I might get this time.

U had CS 18months ago n u wanna try VBAC??!!! with baby that is already 3.2kg n can most likly weight more b4 40weeks... Dont try it pls n pls dont even think about inducing yoursef, it may lead to emergency CS .. Speak to ur doctor n jejely chose date 4 ur C-sectn.... Dont stress d baby n ursef by wanting VBAC... opt 4 Csectn pls. Anyway, ur doctor will consult u more sha because d weight of d baby don wetin u want for vbac to happen.

Yes I get it now. Wow! I just discovered new thing. What I know of it's mia KUKA, that Hausa own,it works like wonder when in labour,you mix it in normal water on a cup and drink. Easy delivery Asap. That's what most Hausa women do use and their delivery is usually sharp sharp,some do give birth at home bcs of their many home remedy for easy delivery.

He has started school since last year and he says mummy,daddy,water,weewee, meemee( leave me).He sings all nursery rhymes but words aren't clear like it should be. He can repeat whatever sentence he hears but hasn't been able to say any sentence on his own like " mummy I want water. He will just blab. What can I do? He will be 3 by dec

Just ask any Hausa person you know or in the market. I used it for my last baby and my sister do use it once the labour starts.

if u have strong body... Why not? Go ahead, its safe... But if not, pls dont... I know sm1 dt took paracetamol n unfortunately, lost her preggy... It was really weird, i must say.... D amount of pains i was him wen i was 4weeks gone were unbearable, sneezing, catarrh n blocked nose for about 4more weeks didnt allow me rest... But d fear of d unknown made me refused to take paracetamol.... But in own case, i am kinda concerned about d elevated temperature, why dont u seek a doctor's consultation.... Having temp might not be pregnancy related
