I tried reaching out to the embassy, the numbers i got online didn't go and their bot auto-replied my email telling me to make inquires in their Visa Navigator. I did and it ultimately led me to the usvisappt website.

The website was changed (26th August). The new one( usvisaappt) is not fully set up, no family based visa is listed in it yet. I got in touch with the customer service but I was told to wait till F4 is included in the site, then file a complaint about my visa & port retrival.

If I could just get in touch with the embassy I wouldn't be running this rats race which I doubt will be fruitful.

Please if anyone has a number or a functional email that an actual human is in charge of, please help. My mum is sick and depressed, we lost my dad a few months ago and I just want her to leave here as soon as possible, even if we don't tag along, things are too much on her & this is all I can do to help.

I am sorry for your dad's ing. It's always hard to transition from that. Have you checked if the visas have been printed from the ceac ? My friend's says that.

I had previously used this site, it confirms that we are ready for our interview, but we have ed that stage. We have attended the interview over a month ago and we're approved. Just need to get the visa and ports back

Baba, congratulations on your US arrival. Please could you tell us what you presented as an ID for port pick-up? And did you make any scheduling before going? Is there any special desk for the port collection?

Any copy of a valid ID card. I had a copy of my port data page also had NIN card copy too

No I didn't schedule any appointment to collect my port.
I checked the Ustraveldocs page and saw "you port is ready for pickup". I went to DHL the next day and asked and it was brought out of a room.

Former F1 here, reclassified to F3 cos of marriage too. PD Jan 2010. Received welcome letter based on F1 in Sept 2016. Got reclassified to F3 March 2017. Got welcome letter for F3 May 2023 and DQed Sept 2023. Became current on first chart May 2024 and still waiting for IV. Proud recipient of 2 60 day notices with no idea when IV will be scheduled. So yeah, guess you have a long wait unless something miraculous happens.

I thought I-130 under 21 takes around 10-14months
Ours is 26months and counting and it’s still under uscis

Y are u disturbing urself instead start preparing to gather all the necessary document needed for your Interview to avoid delay of your visa process,when you finish your Interview the consular will tell u d next step to take as per creation.

Read the letter you were sent and follow ALL the instructions in it. That's all.
