RCCG redemption city sits on a 2500 hectares space of land.

Imagine if RCCG directs her towards purchasing a 2500 hectare of land for the purpose of farming.

They can do that without a stress.

What if other popular churches do the same like:

1. Winners chapel
2. Mfm
3. Deeper life
4. Dunamis
5. Salvation ministries
6. Anglican
7. Catholic
8. Assemblies of God
9. Christ Embassy
10. The Lord's chosen

This would be like 25,000 hectares of farmland.

Imagine the impact such farmland would have on the Nigerian economy.

Do you think there'll still be need for a hunger protest?

Another stupid and useless post. So the thousands of hectares of empty lands lying fallow in different states are church buildings. Or church is where you pay your tax. Or God created the church system for the purpose of farming.

You wake up by this time of the day and chose to be idiooot

So why is the church building universities and investing in education?

Is that what God created them for?

Does Nigeria pay tax to the churches? You seem not to understand public fund that your politicians are abusing. Every single person pays tax both directly and indirectly whether poor or rich.
1. If you make phonecalls plus data subs. - tax paid. (direct)
2. Bank transactions - tax paid. (direct)
3. Buy any product in Nigeria - tax paid. (indirect)
4. Pay transportation fare - tax paid. (indirect)
5. Rent house, etc. Tax paid.

None are directed to any church or mosque but to national where politicians misuse.

Even the churches are also going through their own hard times. So, before you blame Nigeria's problem on the church, first solve the one you have with your politicians. Got it?

Church will never end hunger in Nigeria.

We told you a car cannot fly, you called us religious bigots even when we used Egyptians experience and Joseph to explain, you still went ahead. Life is truly difficult for the blind.

The church can and is helping to ease the pains of the people.

Imagine if there were no church, do you know how rough life would have been?

Bold of you to think that merely starting new farms in Nigeria will end hunger problem.

Will building more schools end illiteracy and knowledge-deficit problems? Religious institutions in Nigeria have about the same if not more Universities than the 36 states and the Federal Government combined. How has that reduced illiteracy rate?

Just take a look at your mentality

Because tax is not paid to the church, they should leave their to die of hunger?

Even if the church own farmland and sell cheap foodstuffs only to her at least let them experience the prosperity they are preaching

And someone is telling me that tax is is not paid to the church. How about the tithe that is paid to the church.

Tax and tithe, which is bigger?

The church has the capacity to end hunger in Nigeria, but they'll rather build the biggest auditorium in the world and blame the government

The Joseph-Egyptian analogy (aka Joseph Effect) here is very insightful.

That story wasn't just about farming, but proper management and planning - a virtue the Nigerian government has never displayed. Joseph predicted (forecasted in economic ) a 7-year crop famine in Egypt. Realising his special gift/credential, Pharaoh quickly appointed him second-in-command in Egypt to manage the country's grains (another virtue our quota system, ronu, and electoral riggers will never have).

Shortly after his appointment, man went into action, enforced aggressive savings, saved the land of Egypt, and finished his term without corruption allegation or charges. This is the way to run a country, not calling the church every 4 market days, to do what exactly?

Ogbeni sharrap there
For the past 5 years how much have you given to any church. Or is it the money others give that you are eyeing. You do you pay tithe? Whose tithe do you want them to use and feed you and your family

You think tax is just the VAT. better return to school so you won't be asking dumb questions on Tithe and tax which is bigger

As if it's only tithe.

how about seed?

How about project offerings

How do they get money to build the largest auditorium?

Buy aircraft?

You're lucky this is not China, North Korea or even England

If your money is not in the big auditorium the sharrap. Gi and find where you have been spending your money and ask them to build a farm

At least let them start making some impact

The Lord's prayer says "They kingdom come. They will be done on earth as it's done in heaven. "

The church is the agent of bringing God's kingdom and will on earth

There's no hunger in heaven.

Why should there be hunger on earth?

We blame the government

Mind you, in America, one man called Bill Gates own 270,000 acres of farmland without waiting for government

Nah during the protest I won't go any function without the soldiers rather
Now how does that relate to the fact that it's foolishness putting your mouth where your money is not. Go and build a farm and leave other people's money alone

You are here yarning off point. So they should build farms so that soldiers will not shoot us. Brainless thing

The open space you have in your compound, show us how you have turned it to farm talkless of going far to farm. How do you even want church to end hunger when your daddy freeze said tithe should not be paid to churches again? You can turn to daddy freeze's freezer to get enough food to solve your hunger or how do you want church to get money for humanitarian services when churches are not receiving FAAC allocations like your state and local government from federal government.

Many of you don't understand that pastors with true spiritual gifts can never be poor some people turn back to appreciate their pastors in of gifts when their problems are solved after prayer without forcing them to do so. Many pastors don't even touch tithe money for personal use, church send a lot helping people and at the background, but because Jesus ened them to help without publicizing it, people don't see them blowing their trumphets.

If you are hungry, go to daddy freeze's freezer to get food since he emphasizes much on don't pay tithe. If you don't pay tithe, how do you want church to help your 3-tier government to end hunger when they are not receiving FAAC allocations from government. And if you are ready for non-online farming to end hunger, turn bushes in your house, uncompleted building and near your house to farm as wife of president encouraged you to do instead of mocking her. However, if you are waiting for Sowore's protest to steal and loot other people's sweat to end hunger, if you are shot; I owe you no "RIP" and I will not carry placard to protest on your behalf because you made that choice to shorten your life-span

SMH. You're condemning churches in Nigeria while praising Bill Gates in 'America.' There are no churches to blame or praise in America?

Wisdom has been chasing you but you've been too fast...

I am a master mason, and also a christian. We have charity programmes that we do in our local lodge. But when it comes to the church, politics & rebuilding this sinful world is not one of them. Your envy towards church is evident, so there's no reason to waste my time trying to educate you when your mind is made up with fragments of hate and envy.

They and the politicians work hand in hand to keep the people subdued at any and all cost...!!!

The church in America also failed to preach the gospel to the poor

What is gospel to a hungry man if not food

My point with Bill Gates is we don't have to wait for government.

As long as we say our Lord's prayer, we are the government

"They kingdom come.

They will be done on earth as it's done in heaven"
