Hi everyone. Can anyone recommend a good investment company/stock broker involved in treasury bills? I'm getting tired of GTB and their shenanigans.

I plan to invest in treasury bills this week.

Please, which bank is the best to patronize? I bank with GTB, First Bank, Zenith and Access.

Thanks guys

Remove Zenith from there and add Stanbic IBTC instead. I still dey look access with one Kain eye too. I no know how they be now sha. So if it is the option you choose, first of all go and discuss with them to know what charge could come. The rests are good to go with.

No plan for auction has been announced to the public yet. Maybe it's because of all these protests happening for now or maybe they don't need the money yet.

Treasury Bills as you Go.

You can subscribe for TBills in the secondary auction on Investment One app.

Take advantage of the fact that new and existing customers can now participate using the app.

Chat me up if you need clarifications on how to start.

Though I don't use them personally but I know of Afrivest, and if not mistaken companies that offer FG savings bond will also provide TB subscription. However I think their charges tend to be higher than banks.

Btw whats the issue with Gtb? I've used them many years now and they've been ok.

Investment One has always been involved in Tbills, it's just that this time, it has become part of their app and customers can now do it on their own.

Your is still valid. through the web portal using your customer number or ed email. Once you confirm that, you can the app and with the same credentials. You don't need a fresh registration.

28.4% yield!!!
I wonder if we've ever had it higher.
Current stop rate is still 22% though. Now, I have a question bosses. If an investment of #20m in April at 20%, with an upfront interested already paid, is now to be terminated at the current rate. Will it be terminated at the current yield rate or the one it was when invested?

It has dropped slightly in this week's auction. It's now 21.888....

It may be that they bidded higher and could not get. They are the only ones that can tell you the truth. Except you see someone that bidded in another of their branch and it was successful.

Just to clarify, I hope you know that rate is per annum. In 13 days, you’ll only get ~17.55%*(13/365) = 0.2689% of your investment face value minus fees and charges. So, if you invest N100m, you’ll get less than N268,900.
