Hello, pls help me with what to do, I have sent my transcript to wess, and they acknowledge that the document has been received, now they are requesting for verification of all my documents electronically from school, i.e they have sent an email to school waiting for reply, and school has not yet reply, pls help me on what to do, evaluation is on hold,I have paid more than normal to get to this stage due to corruption and I have call the person who I paid to process the transcript and she's demanding money that I don't know the amount she will come up with, another ripping, pls help cus am still paying debt from the previous expenses. Am broke.

Yes, the first one was done after about 40 days when I am suppose to get my evaluation because it taking long they now started saying I need to redo verification which has been done. This I can confirm.


WES is just slow in updating system.

I had to reach out to them to even confirm they got my result in the first place before it was updated on my profile.

So my people WES got back to me to inform me that the some credit units are missing from my result. This was as a result of Covid during my Msc. I want to forward the letter from the university backing it up. Please has anybody had this kind of experience?

Hello house, I don't know how you can assist me concerning.y WES application. My school claimed they have sent my transcript to WES (Canada), but my still hasn't changed from "awaiting your document". I messaged WES on Facebook and they said that they haven't received my transcript.

What could be the problem please? Bit of context; the student copy my school gave to me show that they've sent my document since 26th of June.

Someone please help. Unilag sent my transcript since July 10th and my status still says "On hold, we are waiting for your documents". WES says they havent gotten the documents. I dont know what to do. People that experienced this, please what did you do to get your documents acknowledged by WES

I later paid with my GTBank USD Debit Card.

The issue I was facing before was the transaction fee which I was not putting into consideration, so I just had to fund the card with above what is needed and it worked.

Pls sir how do I get the GTB USD debit card or are u talking about the GBT MasterCard that allows USD online payment..?!

This credential verification is very tricky.

We had a recent situation (with WES) in June of this year and this was how it panned out:

1. Since WES was a requirement for ission, there were no alternatives. Registration was done on WES, with all the necessary details but payment was not made.

2. ETX,ng was ed to get the process done and it was discovered that if you ask ETX to your Nigerian school, you're on a long thing. It's better you your school yourself, pay the necessary fees and give them ETX details. So, your details on ETX and then get the codes and give it your school.

3. Depending on how long it takes for your school to process the transcript (federal and state schools take between 2-4 weeks), once ETX receives your transcript directly from the school through that secure channel, they will send to WES within 24-48 hours.

4. Once ETX confirmed that they have sent it. We followed up with WES to be sure they received it and the details are intact. We paid WES (using an international card to by all that Naija banks wahala).

This is WES on Facebook (https://web.facebook.com/WorldEducationServices). They are pretty quick in their DMs and option on their website (wes.org).

Now pray to God that WES do not do a wrong evaluation.

Also check out ETX.ng. They respond to Emails faster than DMs.

Both organizations have not-so-good reviews online (as there are lots of issues with their processes, but with God, patience and some smarts, you can navigate through.

Good day sir, pls I would like to ask for Ur input. My school prepare my transcript in a sealed envelope and handed over to me to go about sending it to Wes myself. Pls which courier service do you think I can use in faxing my credentials. I have tried ing on etx.ng but to no avail...

Pls after paying for the standard delivery for Wes, do you still pay for delivery in Nigeria? Because the dispatcher that came to deliver the document asked me to pay 3500 which I refused and he withheld my document.

Pls can I ask how u made Ur payment to Wes. I am about making payment and I have been having difficulty with it. Someone told me GTB mastercard do allow dollar online transaction and I am about going to open an with GTB. Pls do u have an idea on this or any means I can make use of to pay to Wes...
Secondly, I have already submitted an application for Wes ICAP credentials evaluation and a reference number generated but I'm yet to make payment so I later decided to go for Wes basic evaluation but I do not see the option to modify from ICAP to Basic. Is it advisable I creat another and pick the basic option then make payment. Hope my first submitted application with reference number already generated won't cause confusion with my application.
