Sharpsharp00123: The stat simply means more people sell land in your region, hence the need for documentation. People hardly document their father's property or other inherited things except there's a need to sell...you get it? 5 Likes 3 Shares |

Yoruba don oversell their father's land to strangers, who need Title Deed to secure their investment.

favor914:Oga abeg swarve, keep selling your ancestral lands to us to for you.. The report is apt and lucid, the 30 percent registration is not someone shanties and brown roofs cos una never see food chop talk more of changing your roofs or ing a death trap you call bulding. |
favor914: 1:06am On May 07, 2024 |
ahaz:Like I initially reiterated, ignorance is not an excuse in law. Na this kind mentality una dey enter Lagos come buy property without perfected title, thinking that South West Nigeria, is backward region like Eastern Nigeria. 2 Likes |

This is wrong. North has the least figures when it comes to title deed and C of O. Anyone who has been to the North and bought land will know what I'm saying is true. Particularly North East. I suspect they are looking at volume and not in relation with total land available for documentation. |
