And again. They have their towns very far away from each other.

If you want to travel from say Akwanga to Jos, you fit travel 500km, you no go see a single town for road. That's not the case with southeast, before you travel 50km in southeast, you must see a town with multiple road networks.

FCT and Lagos have special statues and federal attention. You can't have international missions like all embassies and expect the city to be compared to conventional states. What happen to making example with Taraba, Birnin-Kebbi, Bauchi, Kwara, or Kogi?
