And you're right : I've never done this before and the reason I'm trying to do this is because I want to fund my Quotex through Binance as that's the deposit method I'm using to fund and withdraw my earnings . If not for the shege Tinubu did Binance in Nigeria I wouldn't be having this issue of running left and right to fund and receive usdt

Unless you have funds already on Binance, you don't need to use it. You can use bitnob to fund your directly from your bank. Their deposit and withdrawal price for dollars are completely different though.
They charge #1605 for deposit per dollar and #1530 for withdrawal per dollar.
You can use Bitnob to transfer USDT on Tron network if Quotex allows it.

Same thing here. The only reason why I can withdraw from Binance is because I use Google authenticator to withdraw. It doesn't require SMS.
Also, I can't visit most exchanges on the web unless I change my network settings.
