4. Ms Agbede as an executive director is a decision-making member of the Access leadership but Mr Ogbonna is a zero decision-making executive director, basically a ceremonial position because he is the head of a subsidiary while Ms Agbede is a decision-making member of Access Holdings, the parent entity.

5. Ms Agbede has been involved in the day-to-day running of Access Holding including Access Bank, a subsidiary under Access Holdings, even since 2003.
