I got a truck driving job in New Zealand, the company said I must provide a verifiable driver license to prove that I have five years experience. I have finished the training as a truck driver. If I apply for a truck driver license here in Nigeria, can i also get a back dated license proving that I have five years experience. Thanks, for ur replies

If you have your eyes set on leaving the country, both of them are quite lucrative. But, I think welding has more international opportunities if you learn properly in the right place.

I think you have to consider your age too, if you're young, below 26 years I think welding is ok. But if you're above 30 I would prefer truck driving

Canada is looking for welders, not truck drivers. If you can, go and learn industrial welding that comes along with certification. I'm hoping age is still on your side.
