He can even invite his friend let alone his brother.

Note: bearing same surname doesn't really indicate he's your brother.

Only if he has included you in his initial application when he started his application

You need to provide solid proof indicating indeed he's your brother such as family photo, a photo you both took, text message or what'sup chats/calls etc.

i don't think his biometrics isn't completed because of the banned, my sis biometrics have not been completed for month and this is her first application.. and a lot of India complain about this on YouTube.. so it might be technical issue

I ed my first application, and I was able to check it on the application status tracker, but the application was denied.

I submitted a new application about 10 days ago. Will this new application automatically show up on my existing application status tracker , or do I need to the new application?

He is not limited to his parents alone; he can invite other families and friends as well.

Sponsor and invite are 2 different things

You can invite anybody...but can't sponsor just anybody

But the new application is not showing on the application status tracker yet. Does it normally take a long time before it will show up on the status tracker?

Just curious, why pictures and chat🤔, when both of their birth certificates legitimately proves sibling relationship?
The brother in Canada will have to provide a scan of his PR card as proof of residency too.
