You only need competent English i.e IELTS of 6 in each band or 50 each for PTE Academic to be assessed with EA, so your English requiremnets are satisfied. Do you have tax/pension for all employment episodes?

I am sure you can see it is clearly written there that it is an employer sponsored visa. I am not sure what other explanation you need. If you don't understand this then I would recommend reading this thread from the beginning to give you a better understanding of Australian migration.

From your screenshot below, it shows you can only be nominated by an employer for 494 or 187. It will be hard finding an employer for such jobs as centers are mainly in the cities.

You can assess the 14 months with Vetassess and provide documents just for the 14 months.

For EA, tax or pension is required.
If you don’t have, you may not be able to claim points for those years of experience. You can assess just your qualification (CDR) with EA. Also, you can get your company to pay the outstanding personal income taxes on your behalf.

Private companies are not exempted from tax or pension except in some special situations

2. You have to lodge an EOI for each state. Please take your time to read through this thread from the beginning. And no, there is no automatic nomination. You will have to apply and pay for nomination in most cases.

Your universities? The year of graduation for each degree?

English score is not good enough. Minimum of 7 will get you there, minimum of 8 will move you faster
