I would love to relocate with my wife and daughter but their international port is not ready yet, can I delay the visa process till the port is out?

I applied through the Studyinfo portal (Opintoku). I got tuition fee waiver plus £5k to cover my relocation expenses. I'm still required to provide POF for a family of 3.

I hope this clarifies.

What schools are offering the cheapest Msc because the lowest I have seen with scholarship is about 6,000 (University of Turku). This exchange rate isn't making thing easy at all.
