I thought the supreme Court stated that the issue of party hip or party candidacy is an internal party n prelection matter n only party has the right to seek legal redress about them,so how come the appeal court is now using same to sack candidates especially non APC candidates!,it happened in plateau now kano,it was the same reason of candidates sponsorship being an internal party matter that was use by the supreme Court to refuse disqualifying shetima who was challenged for having double nomination, it's now clear that Tinubu/APC are just using the courts now to promote illegality in preparation for 2027 n nothing else, Nigeria don enter ooh.

The most important issue in an election is: who scored the highest number of votes??

Someone whom the people have voted for and who scored the highest number of votes should not be disdqualified based on some flimsy reason as party hip because it's a given that the party would not have sponsored him if he wasnt their member. To disqualify the person who scored the highest number of votes automatically leads to grave injustice because womeone whom the people didnt vote for and who didnt win would be delared the winner
