You should be looking at the remedy. Stop using astringent deodorant roll on for now. Use Dettol antiseptic to clean it daily, then get Vitamin C, and multivitamins. It's usually self-limiting -it'll resolve in a few days. You may not need antibiotics.

Full picture please, let me see if I can fathom out the real cause.

If ypu are a female, that might be the early stage of breast cancer. Go for test IMMEDIATELY.
I knew a neighbour who died of this because of wrong diagnosis and late detection.
If the initial test proves negative to breast cancer, wait about a week or so, if it proves not to be a boil. Go and get another test done to be sure it is not breast cancer.
But please continue to monitor it. Any time you discover that the areas around it are turning black and the skin there is folding, know conclusively that it's a cancer... And hope it is not too late for a surgery.
