In my case, I used herbs I got from one Dr O. who is based in the USA however, I know she has ground agents in Nigeria as well. I also bought this sea plant from her that I add to my coffee daily. I stumbled upon her on Facebook where she anchors a live session on infertility issues every Wednesdays back in the days. I also used Mannix and Vitamin E as recommended by a Doctor friend.

My morphology was 2% normal and could have been due to a longer abstinence than the 3-5 days usually recommended.

I'm on getting my own today though, but like what quantity of water is it to use to squeeze the leaves... So I can mix it with like because I've bought lime of #500 already

If you stay closed to ILE EPO bus stop Oke odo after Iyana ipaja,you will always get it there every 5 days they go to market....It will likely be available today...They are more than 10 shops selling closed to each other..

I've got an update about this ewe abo on Facebook.. It works like magic... And besides one can actually squeeze all the leave and mix it with the lime juice that will be enough for the leave and keep it somewhere but not on the floor... While it's taken daily.. A man/woman can drink from it
