Hi everyone need help with my APPLICATION I applied for a college and I got itted already now progressing towards my study permit application as I will be needing few help on what details I need to submit to get going
To begin with I will like to know if anyone can please provide answers to my questions below

1.My sponsor(step bro) sent the money to my not up to a month in lump the money is originally mine just converted to cash from crypto so to avoid too much explanation i got someone to transfer it to my brother and my bro transferred it to me in sum of 17m as school fees with Narration
*My question is do I need any document from my bro when submitting my application or just a LOE for the lump sum is enough ? And my bank statement?

2.I’m young not up to 20 and my study gap is just 7-8months ago do I need any Home ties to be submitted as well ?My parents are deceased which make home ties a bit complicated even though I have a lot of extended family

I work on side gigs and also into trading activities so source of income is jamajama😂

3.It will be much easier for me if anyone for God sake can list documents I will need to proceed for my application I will be more than grateful 🥹

Yes, you need documents to prove the source of the fund i.e crypto, Birth certificates of your brother and you. I assume your birth certificates include the same name of either your father/mother. Also id of your father/mother.

You need home ties to make your application strong.

You can use invoices generated from this side gigs and trading activities as documents.

I'm a fresh graduate who wants to further his education in Canada. Meanwhile, I already applied for a family sponsorship about 3 years ago but after medical examination there was no any other response from them. So we decided to try the student route.

Now, the problem is that the date of birth on my transcript is different from the one on my international port. (Age on NIN, Birth certificate and international port are the same and correct but the one on jamb, waec and transcript are different). And the school I'm applying to in Canada needs my transcript (unofficial or official) to complete the ission process. Pls what can I do?

On getting back he said he was robbed and they collected everything with him including the port

what are you anxious about? it is not even up to 7 weeks that you apply you are already anxious, pls relax and wait for the . You should be worried after the 7th week

Honestly this is tiring ooh and exhausting I did my application since on 10th of August nothing has changed same place background check!!!! I guess most students are aspiring students aren’t aware of this. Before you make that move . It is not easy transitioning from a study visa to permanent residence in canada . It is very difficult only few percent are able to get this. It was a bit easier in the past now very difficult. Note this and be at peace. I saw a lot of students last week who their PGWP about to expire , some are submitted for EE kept writing ielts despite with their work experience and qualifications here they still couldn’t get Invite. The CEC draw has also been delayed for years now. Canada is only after students money. Over 40% percent earnings now comes from student.

I understand what you are saying ,but it can never be worse than America .. FYI, alot of intl students who finish in America always result to Canada if things gets to the end. So what im saying in essence is , forget all these statistics, its not extremely difficult as your write up makes it seem as far as you do it the right way. For smooth immigration PR process, i will advice anyone to take CANADA OVER USA anytime !!!!!

It’s worst now here in Canada now brother almost same as US and most are becoming illegal and some results in continuous to spending on expensive studies for permit extension
