I’ve been having similar issues. In June, i did the GCKey and also started applying for Express Entry. Couldn’t complete.

Today I tried logging and it asked for 2FA which I did. Since then I am not able to sign in

I even did my one on one session wit pre arrival people funded by IRCC today and they said some Landlords ask for 6 months in advance rent while some even ask for a year

I’ll say you should cross check everything carefully. It happened to me last year and after checking I realized I made a mistake with my employment history, I think I used different NOCs or something like that. I tried again the next day after making the correction and I became eligible. So just go through all the pages carefully and ensure there’s no mistake

No need to withdraw. Canada allows you to apply for both at the same time.

I don't see how changing Noc will make you start afresh. I changed Noc, and transmitted again.

It was the normal webform. A link specific for Accra VO was quoted in my ADR, so I just copied and pasted in my browser; but it was the same regular ircc webform.

I am not sure ports take a long time to issue anymore just go for the port first I will say

Congratulations on your new born.
First is to send a webform alerting ircc of an addition to your family, next get a port of your baby (fast track it please, bribe as much as you can to get it out fast) den do medical for your baby a den last and most importantly increase your POF to reflect family of 3. Hope these helps.
Pof for family of 3 is $21,055 that's about N12.2m so just put N12.5m to be on a safe side.

So concerning this issue by @green..... ( dint get the name) u can try to proceed with ur application spouse unaccompanied nd add ur spouse as soon as u get ur ppr... dat is d way to go.
Dat is what I have done what some others that I av assisted has done and it has worked.
So choose ur options wisely.
