1. I have a HND but I want to study another course as an undergraduate I'm finding it difficult to navigate through on how to go about it... So my question is do I apply with my HND certificate or WAEC certificate?

Eventhough your intended course of study is not related to the field you have your HND certificate, it is important you tender it along with your WAEC certificate. To gain ission into any Austrian or German Higher Institution you will need a written confirmation/recommendation from the HOD of any nigerian university that offers your intended course of study clearly stating that based on your academic background ,you are qualified to study what you intend studying in Austria in Nigeria.

Your WAEC. It will help you reduce cost of authentication and legalization, since you are applying for undergrad program.

Hi everyone, how's it going? Please has there been any changes lately? I'm asking cos I saw a post here saying the POF that was used here in Nigeria will be required in Austria in order to obtain a PR I.e in an Autrian .

Please I recently got an acceptance into a training program in Austria and I didn't need to legalize any documents before applying. But now I need to apply for residence permit.Do I have to send an email for the legalization connected with Residence permit application and what documents do I need to legalize for residence permit application. Does Birth certificate need to be verified before legalization or just legalization.

Getting closer dates is 100% possible, even if you want it in 2 weeks time you can, and some may want a closer date for different reason, depending on the situation of their own case, which are most time valid.
So if you wish to go for a closer date and have your valid reason for doing so, it's possible.
You cant be far and know the day to day activities at the embassy, it is someone closer to the embassy that is in position to do that.
So dont discourage anybody, anyone interested can as well come the embassy in Abuja to find out.

Bro honestly speaking i don't know what you are talking about, and i dont have issues with u, what im saying is that we are here to provide genuine information.
Even in some embassy someone people may go for express appointment date, why others may not, all these things are genuine and possible that's what I'm saying, any information give out here are subject to further research. Im privy, to have to have such information that's why i say it is possible, that's all. I guess you dont really know much about how all this travel stuff works.

1) I understand that legalisation are in 3 stages, min. of edu, min. of foreign affairs and finally, emabassy and the documents needed for each stage may differ. Please what documents are needed at each stage.
2) For the legalisation process, is it done on original copies or photcopy.
3) For police character certificate, do I need to get in any police station or a police station within the area where I live.
4) Do I need a letter specifying that I studied in english and does it need to be legalized too?

1 you original educational documents are needed for authentication at mod and mofa including the photopies, your birth certificate or attestation of birth etc are also among
2 done on the original but you will also do with the photopies
3 you can wait till when you want to apply for your Residency before you can apply for it, because it expires in 3 months time
4 yes, thats if the your sch requires it, but most sch in Austria requires it and you do not need to legalize it

Yes you have to legalize for residence permit application. I couldn't reply to your email I don't know how it works. Have you gotten a school you want to apply to?
